Ynys Pandy - Self catering accommodation

Ynys Pandy is beautifully furnished and very well equipped, with loads of extras. We sleep eight people plus a baby in a cot but we recommend a maximum of six adults and two children, as the fourth bedroom has bunk beds really meant for children.
Ynys is ideal for families seeking a holiday home from home or those looking for a romantic retreat or bolthole, or as a base for exploring or discovering the area. We welcome well behaved pets, bearing in mind that there are sheep and horses in the fields and we have our own pets.

Ynys Pandy's garden is fully enclosed and secure to dogs and children

Halfway up the drive, follow the parking sign to the right and there is ample room for 4 or 5 cars in the carpark. It is a short walk, up 5 shallow steps, to the front door.

Come in through the front door into the kitchen/dining room which mixes modern appliances and just about all the utensils you might want with some of the original decor.

On your arrival at Ynys you will find a tea tray set for afternoon tea with tea bags in the pot, welsh cakes and butter, and a jug of milk in the fridge.
So boil the kettle, pour the tea and relax and enjoy being here after your journey to North Wales.

From the kitchen, the Utility Room is up 2 steps, and you will find the dishwasher, washing machine (complete with dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid and washing up liquid, all Ecover), "sheila maid" clothes airer and Belfast sink. There is also a small cloakroom to help with the morning rush.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and a separate bath with hand-held shower all set in a bright and clean tiled room, furnished with Fairtrade organic cotton towels, with "Faith in Nature" shampoo, conditioner, handwash and shower gel. Please note that the bathroom is downstairs, which means you will have to come down the stairs at night time, but it also means you will not have to go upstairs in the day time. For the night time, we do provide a 'chamber pot' in every bedroom.

From the kitchen/diner, the lounge invites you to sit and relax, watch TV or DVDs, listen to music, play games or, on a cold night, snuggle down in front of the wood burning stove.
